• Our WiFi is available all day in your room, reception, bar and pool area.
• All rooms have a minibar, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle so you can enjoy a variety of drinks. Every day we replenish a bottle of water, coffee capsules and tea bags for your convenience.
• We restock a bottle of water in your room daily and a minibar is also available.
• Portuguese amenities and hairdryer available. If you need hygiene items, please let us know.
• Air conditioning system always available.
• We have cots available for babies.
• We recommend that all valuables be stored in the safe box available in each room, which can be properly locked for the safety of your belongings.
• Start your day with our breakfast, available from 8:30am and with no end time.
• To help us in our mission to conserve water and energy, please leave the bath and pool towels you wish to change on the bathroom floor. Towels left elsewhere will not be replaced. Each guest will receive one pool towel in their room for the duration of their stay.
• Our team will visit you to clean your room. If you wish not to be disturbed, please use the signage at the entrance to your room.
• Check-in is available from 4pm and check-out is until 12pm. If you require a late check-out please let us know and we will do our best to try and accommodate your request.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas and in designated areas. Smoking is completely prohibited in rooms and in common areas.
• The main pool is heated and has salt water, opening hours are from 8:00am to 8:30pm. The private pools are not heated and none of them are supervised. They are treated and monitored regularly to guarantee water quality. It is prohibited to dive or jump and use inflatable mattresses and floats. For safety reasons, the use of glass near swimming pools in not permitted. Conversas de Alpendre is not responsible for any accidents that occur in the pool areas.
• In the restaurant and in all common areas, the customer must ensure that they do not disturb other guests, as well as wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
• We cannot store, prepare or heat our customer's food in our kitchen for food safety reasons.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to consume.
• We accept, upon request, the occasional consumption of wines or other alcoholic beverages brought by customers, subject to corkage service.
• Colégio Charm House reserves the right to be compensated for any damages or losses caused by people and acts that put its property at risk. The costs of repairing or replacing Conversas de Alpendre goods, resulting from damage or loss, will be charged to the customer. Conversas de Alpendre is not responsible for any loss, damage or misplacement of any material left by customers during their stay.
Cancellation Terms:
- January, February, March, November, December: 2 days (penalty 1st night)
- April, May, October: 5 days (penalty 50% of total stay)
- June, July, September: 7 days (penalty 100% of total stay)
- August: 14 days (penalty 100% of total stay)
- The penalty for no-show is always 100% of total stay
